PRE-START ALARM
The Pre-Start Alarm System is a vital safety device designed to protect workers by providing an audible warning before a conveyor belt begins operation. This system is connected to a 230V AC power supply and automatically activates when the start switch is turned ON.

PONTOON BODY POSITIONING MONITORING SYSTEM (ON-LINE/GPRS/SMS based system)
Continuously monitors pontoon tilt in X and Y axes. If tilt crosses safe limits, it triggers local alarm/beacon and sends SMS alerts. This “online” edition adds SIM-based GPRS/SMS connectivity so the Station (Receiver) and Pontoon Sensor (Transmitter) can exchange status over the mobile network. Status levels (defaults): NORMAL — |tilt| < 5° WARNING — 5° ≤ |tilt| ≤ 9° (pre-alert) DANGER — |tilt| > 9° (alarm/beacon + SMS alert)
