Universal Single Zone Auto Fire Detection & Suppression System is a compact, fully automatic fire protection solution for smaller mining vehicles and HEMM. It uses one linear heat sensor cable and one DCP cylinder for rapid detection at 180°C and automatic suppression using ABC Dry Chemical Powder.

The Single Zone AFDSS is designed for vehicles with one major fire-prone area (usually engine compartment). It continuously monitors temperature through a heat-sensitive linear sensor cable. Upon detecting fire at 180°C, the control panel activates the squib, which releases Nitrogen gas, opening the DCP cylinder valve. ABC powder is discharged through nozzles within seconds. It also includes a manual override actuator for emergency use. Ideal for wheel loaders, smaller dumpers, dozers, and other compact heavy equipment
